ALOC Group

ALOC was a game changer. Not only did we at Vanderbilt notice the transformation, so did prospective employers.  The ALOC team was instrumental in molding 24 Master of Accountancy students into a high functioning team of highly employable professionals.  ALOC positioned the students through the job placement process to understand firsthand the value of cooperation.  The sense of a common purpose they developed so impressed the recruiters that every student landed a job in one of the Big 4 public accounting firms.  Through ALOC programming the students learned how to challenge each other to be the best they can be and gained the confidence to share what often goes unspoken and too often derails an individual or a team.
