Ouch, that didn't tickle. We're sorry, but you know it too. It keeps you up at night and makes your orange juice taste a little more bitter in the morning. So, how about we do something about it together?
It's easy to sit here and imagine a world where your executive team is a fiery supernova of performance. We're not saying there aren't teams like that out there; and it's possible that one of them is yours. Our guess is, however, that if it is your team then you are not likely to be actively shopping for coaching. Either way, you should know: strong goal-oriented coaching helps drive positive results.
If you aren't sure you have a stellar team, well, at least you have a lot of company. In our experience the vast majority of executives wait until there's a problem before acting. Even if you are one of them, it's cool, we do this every day and we won't tell anyone (our lawyers call that a "non-disclosure agreement").
Here's the bottom line: If you've got a rising star who needs some polish (or maybe some tough love), or if you've got an executive team that needs a push, we can definitely help you. Either way you're the boss and you've got to take the first step.
