Senior Consultant, Doctor of Clinical Psychology

Dr. Berger has specialized in Leadership for over 15 years. Working with young people propelled Rod to pursue his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. This journey has allowed him to sit front and center with individuals of all ages and in all stages of personal and professional development. Rod’s keen sense of the human experience has been honed by the art of impactful listening with a variety of vastly diverse populations, including Los Angeles, small-town Tennessee, and a multitude of places in between.

As a Consultant for ALOC, Dr. Berger specializes in leadership development strategies for individuals and executive teams through individual and group coaching, peer group facilitation, and seminar presentations. Rod believes that goal development, values clarification, and personal and professional growth are cultivated through methods of collaboration and evidence-based practices. Rod focuses on the expansion of skills and talents embedded inside each individual and the relation to positive behaviors and desired outcomes for individuals and groups with established beliefs and common goals.

As a National Speaker/Lecturer and Author, Rod brings an energetic and passionate approach to the well-being of others. Rod attained his Doctorate from Phillips Graduate Institute in Los Angeles and his B.A. in Psychology from Michigan State University.
